Waves Within

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through guided reflection, gentle breathwork, and journaling with coffee and grounding drinks from Lizzy Long Legs Coffee.

We’ll meet in Santa Cruz on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
You’ll receive the exact location and event details by email a few days before we meet.

Please bring:

• Your journal and pen

• A mat or blanket to sit on

• Layers for comfort

This circle is small and intentionally intimate. Your ticket holds your place. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend 

Your ticket includes:

• Two hour guided circle with mareia

• Coffee and light grounding drinks by Lizzy Long Legs Coffee

• Journaling prompts and reflection materials
